Nepal Constituent Assembly elected a democratic process for the first time after the issuance of the Constitution of Nepal Nepal government policies and programs to address to this august Parliament realize that the present hunapaumda glory. Phases in the implementation of the Constitution the country is moving forward. National independence and self-respect, democracy, sustainable peace, good governance, development and prosperity in the new era has started. For the achievement of these historic movements at different periods in your life as a sacrifice, I express my heartfelt tribute to the martyrs. Nationalism, democracy and livelihood for nearly satabdipurvadekhi various movement and the leaders of the revolution led by the contribution of high praise. 3. All rights struggle and the institutional achievement proves that the constitution has been held mainly political struggle to achieve.
