Minister for Labor Deepak Bohara has reiterated that the government will not back down from its previous decision of providing free ticket and free visa for abroad going laborers. Talking to RSS about the issues of foreign labor today, Minister Bohara added that they were holding talks with foreign employment agencies and entrepreneurs expecting that the issue would be resolved soon. He further said the labor contract with Saudi Arabia was in the final stage and would be finalized within a month, adding that the talks with Lebanon, Jordan and Malaysia were going on positive way for signing bilateral labor agreements with them. The Minister for Labor briefed about the progress initiated by him to make the foreign employment sector transparent and efficient. He added that the upcoming budget will address more things about the sector.
